On Monday, 29/4/2024, lecture (May Abdulkareem Abduljabar ) – the rapporteur of the laser engineering branch in the department held a workshop entitled (Time Management, Motivation and Initiative) for students and graduates of the department within the program of the Graduate Follow-up Unit for the current year, the workshop addressed the importance and how to manage time, motivation and initiative at work. The workshop highlighted the importance of allocating time effectively, motivating the team to achieve goals, as well as enhancing the ability to take the right initiatives and decisions. Practical strategies for achieving work-life balance, enhancing productivity and job satisfaction were also reviewed. At the end of the workshop, a discussion was held with the attendees and the most important positive points of specialization were reviewed and urged to learn from previous experiences in detailed practical ways
