Dr. Razi, head of the laser engineering branch and head of the scientific committee of the laser engineering branch, holds a bachelor’s degree in laser engineering from the University of Technology and a master’s degree from the College of Military Engineering. (Al-Rasheed College of Science and Engineering) in the field of computer modeling and simulation and holds a doctorate degree in the specialty of (Informatics)
