The lecture, Dr. (Taif Aied Faisal) – responsible for the Graduate Follow-up Unit in the department, held an electronic workshop entitled (Teamwork Skills) at 8 pm on Thursday, 25/04/2024 via Google Meet for the students and graduates of the department within the program of the Graduate Follow-up Unit for the current year, the workshop discussed the importance of teamwork and showing positive interaction in the spirit of one team. The workshop discussed the importance of a successful team leader who sets clear practical goals for the team and divides tasks in a way that the right person is in the right place. She explained the importance of team meetings, communication, feedback and respect for the opinions and skills of others. She touched on the importance of the Microsoft project program in the work of projects and teamwork. Finally, she created an interactive group activity for the attendees through the miro platform and created an integrated work plan, gave an evaluation and pointed out the mistakes in dealing with the team spirit.
