On Sunday, 28/1/2024, the Assistant Director of Accounts (Yasmin Sabah Abdulnabi) – a member of the retirement transactions completion committee in the department, held a workshop for the new members of the committee in the presence of the Senior Chief Engineer (Mudhar Mohammed Raouf) – Director of the Human Resources Division, to familiarize members with the mechanism of the committee’s work and the requirements required from preparing the file after the issuance of the retirement referral order issued by the university presidency, completing the clearance and issuance of the separation order. Retirement referral order issued by the university presidency, completing the clearance and issuing the separation order, then preparing the book and orders for appointment, directing and bonuses for recent years, calculating the balance of vacations, preparing electronic forms and calculating the salary rate, until the documents are forwarded to the National Retirement Authority.
At the end of the workshop, some questions were raised and answered and benefited from them in preparing and preparing for the completion of transactions for the year 2024 and the coming years.
