THE PROGRAM OF LASER ENGINEERING
The laser engineering branch is considered one of the two main branches that make up the laser engineering and optoelectronics department, which was established in 2004. The study in the branch starts from the first stage for a period of four years, as the study in the first and second stages is general for the two branches, and the exact specialization starts from the third and fourth stages where Specialized curricula are given such as laser physics, spectroscopy, laser design, laser systems, optical communications, optoelectronics, as well as other specialized laboratories such as laser principles, laser applications, laser systems, and optical communications laboratory. The graduate from the branch obtains a Bachelor of Science in laser engineering that qualifies him/her to work in the relevant departments and institutions as well as in the private sector.
